How to cook an egg in a hole Mr. K style

The Egg In A Hole -

There are many variations of this particular recipe but this is the only way I make my Egg In A Hole.

1 slice of white bread
1 egg
1 dollop of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Maple syrup

Step 1: Preparation work -
Crack the egg into a small bowl.
Remove the middle piece of the bread from the slice, try to make it into a perfect circle.
Prepare the butter on a flat iron pan.

Step 2: Cooking -
Place the pan with butter on it on a medium flame.
Let butter melt evenly over the pan.
Then place the bread on the pan
Take the egg in a bowl and pour into the center of the bread where the hole is.

Step 3: Adding Flavoring -
While the egg is still cooking add the pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 4: Enjoy
After the egg has fully cooked remove from pan.
           Add maple syrup and enjoy.

  2. I think it was an excellent idea to incorporate a recipe into your blog posts! Many students don't know how to cook, and many students are also left home alone after school. This is a great way to get your students thinking about ways to cook for themselves. Great way to foster independence while also educating your students on grammar points!
